Digivents habla Español!


This fall Digivents will be present at two prominent european events of the meeting industry.

From November 5 through 7, the EuBea Festival (European Best Event Awards) will take its  place in Seville, Spain. The 2015 edition will span over 3  days and host more than 400 events and MICE industry professionals incoming from all over Europe. Aside from being a great opportunity for interaction and sharing of the event world’s current best practices, there will also be a jury entrusted with the task of awarding those projects chosen as the best of the industry. Digivents was chosen, among all competing suppliers, as the best solution for developing the event’s dedicated app (integrated with beacon-based technology for the check-in process).

Digivents goes to Mexico!!!


Cancun, Mexico has been chosen as staging location for the  “Nexsys Partner Summit 2015” held on June 3 to 6, 2015.

Each year Nexsys invites over 120 general and commercial directors, across more than 70 IT companies operating in the Mexican Republic. The goal: consolidate liaisons between the sector’s partners and producers. Furthemore, the event presents an important scene for the display of the latest trends in the mexican IT industry.

Cisco Italy chooses Digivents beacons based check-in to improve efficiency by 65%!




On the fourth edition of “Cisco Partner Club“, held at the Riccione Congress Palace on the 12 and 13 of May, more than 500 Cisco partners and 140 guest organizations were present during the event, each with the purpose of learning more about the latest Internet of Everything (IoE) trending strategies and markets.

Cisco has established itself as a synonym for high-end technology, and this was demonstrated immediately at the entrance of the Palariccione venue: with the use of the Digivents beacons, implemented by our partner Soteha, Cisco has successfully automated the check-in process to an increase of 65% in efficiency, slicing waiting times down to just a few seconds!

Biennale Giovani Monza exhibition chooses Digivents for its app!



On April 10th, at the Arengario Palace of Monza, took place the press conference in occasion of the sixth edition of the “Biennale Giovani Monza 2015” exhibition. The 2015 edition saw a shift from its traditional location, the “Serrone della Villa Reale”, in favor of the Arengario Palace.

The demonstration opened its doors on Saturday 11th and will be staged till the 28th of June. The main focus of the exhibition is to welcome young talented artists under the age of 35, and setting up an expository path comprising five art pieces to be displayed around the city’s streets and locations: The Umiliati Museum, Via Italia and Piazza Roma.

This year’s main theme is centered on ENERGY. The exposition will display thirty art pieces, selected among several artists, by five curators who will successively choose the best ones.

Our team has taken part in the project by developing the event application with our Digivents platform! Among many helpful informations, the app portrays all the artists biographies, as well as the artworks displayed at the Arengario Palace and throughout the city venues. It is also possible to browse all the events related to the demonstration.

A tool that is changing the way events are organised!




This year started off with a lot of news for the events industry!

During the last years, the use of mobile devices and NFC technology has increased allowing event planners to communicate with their attendees in a more efficient and different way.

A single app, different contents for each user

Apps have already become an esential tool for the events organization, especially because they provide many advantages to attendees, to the organizers and to the sponsors/exhibitors.

The organizer’s main concern is that contents are not always appropriate for all the attendees: due to a matter of privacy it is necessary making a distinction between the users that will have access to them. In order to face this requirement it is necessary a mechanism of user profiling.
