What is Digivents and what is it for?
Digivents is an event management platform that handles registration, check-in, badges, the event app, engagement and networking for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. It’s used by companies, associations and congress and trade show organisers in Italy and internationally.
How much does Digivents cost?
The cost depends on the modules you activate and the size of your event. We work both with single-event licences and with annual subscriptions for those who run several events. See the pricing page for indicative ranges and request a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Do I need to know how to code to create the event app?
No: the app is configured from a visual CMS. You can create and update content, agenda and notifications with no technical skills at all, even at the last minute during the event.
How long does it take to set up the platform for an event?
Every tool on the platform is activated in record time. A dedicated Project Manager will work alongside you step by step, coordinating the initial setup and providing continuous support right up to event day.
