What devices do you need for check-in?
Smartphones or tablets with the accreditation app are enough; for badge printing you add dedicated printers that our team supplies and configures, with on-site support if required.
Can I see in real time how many people have entered?
Yes: the dashboard shows total and per-session check-ins in real time, exportable at any moment.
Does check-in also work for events with thousands of attendees?
Yes: scanning takes a few seconds per person and multiple stations work in parallel on the same data. It’s the standard setup for congresses and trade shows with thousands of entries. Beacons and RFID can be configured to clear access queues quickly at the most complex events.
