In short: at Digivents, AI works in two ways, for two different people. The AI virtual assistant answers attendees, in chat and on the phone. The AI connector (MCP) lets organisers query and manage the event in plain words. Both are in beta.
Two tools, two audiences
Attendees and organisers ask different questions: that’s why there are two tools.
AI virtual assistant
For attendees. It answers in chat on the event website and on the phone about registration, programme, check-in and travel, and hands over to an operator when needed.
AI connector (MCP)
For organisers. It connects an MCP-compatible AI assistant to the event: figures on attendees, check-in, agenda and hotels, and rooming proposals to confirm. Never attendee data.

What's the difference between the two tools?
The AI virtual assistant talks to attendees; the AI connector (MCP) works for the organiser on the event data. They answer different questions, for different people.
Are they available yet?
Both are in beta: we are activating them on a limited number of events. Request access to try them on your next event.
Does the AI decide instead of the team?
No. The attendee assistant hands the conversation to a person when needed; for rooming, the connector proposes and applies only after you confirm, with a snapshot to undo.
