Event app
Who builds the app? Do you need to know how to code?
The app is configured from a visual CMS: you build it yourself or with support from our team, without writing any code.
Can I make last-minute changes?
Yes: content, agenda and notifications update in real time, even during the event. Attendees see the changes without reinstalling anything.
Can the app be ready in just a few hours?
Yes, for standard setups. Our customers' record is an app published within the same day.
Once the event is over, does the app stay available?
Yes: it can stay active and updatable for follow-up, materials and the next edition.
Event website and registration
Can I choose the domain of the event website?
Yes: a dedicated domain of your choice, or a subdomain of your corporate site.
Can I embed the registration form in my own website?
Yes, the form can be embedded in any existing website while staying in sync with the platform.
Check-in & badges
What devices do we need for check-in?
Smartphones or tablets to scan QR codes; dedicated badge printers, supplied and configured by our team.
Can I see in real time how many people have come in?
Yes, the dashboard shows total and per-session attendance in real time.
Costs, timing and security
How much does Digivents cost?
It depends on the modules and the size of the event: a single-event licence or an annual subscription. See the pricing page — personalised quote within 24 hours.
Is attendee data safe?
Yes: Digivents is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, a Cloud Security Alliance member and fully GDPR-compliant, with data centres in the EU.
What support will we have during the event?
Remote support is always included; on request, our team can be on site for accreditation, production direction and badge printing.
